Clients may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided no coaching session has been used or scheduled.

• All coaching packages purchased through Veritas Strategy Group are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the original purchase.
• A refund will not be issued if a coaching session has already been completed or formally scheduled within the 48-hour window.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
